2. Can I charge my iPhone and other 5V USB devices?
Yes, it is compatible with all 5V USB charging devices including smartphones, tablets, cameras, and Bluetooth headphones. Note: Some Apple devices may require an original or MFi licensed cable.
3. Is this solar charger waterproof?
The unit is constructed with Waterproof Polyester 600D and laminated solar panels, protecting it from rain or humid conditions.
4. Why is the charger working slowly inside my house?
Solar panels require direct outdoor sunlight for peak performance. Indoor light or sunlight filtered through window glass is much weaker and may cause slow charging or no operation.
5. What are the dimensions when folded and unfolded?
When folded for transport, it measures 395*360*70mm. When fully unfolded for charging, it measures 1160*395mm.
6. Does the charger store power for later use?
The solar panel itself does not have a built-in battery. We recommend pairing it with a power bank to store energy for use after the sun goes down.
